Colin Mitchell

Colin is a Registered Architect with 50 years professional experience who earlier in his career specialized in sustainable building design. Colin was a Senior Partner in Baird Cuthbert Mitchell Architects and the company was awarded several medals from the Australian Institute of Architects for their work in Sustainable Architecture. In later years, Colin chose to commence his own practice designing contemporary energy-efficient houses both in Australia and the overseas. Currently, in addition to his role in Modul Homes, Colin continues in his residential practice and is also the Executive Architect to two substantial Mornington Peninsula Developments -Martha Cove and Moonah Links Estates.

Amber Kim

Graduate of Architecture

M. Arch, B. Env D, UTAS

Amber graduated with Master of Architecture from the University of Tasmania in 2018. Prior to graduation, Amber has been awarded design excellence and multiple scholarships along with being placed on Dean’s Honour and excellence roll. She has a strong interest in future living conditions for the next generation and sustainability.

Ross is an independent consulting structural engineer with over 45 years of professional experience in Australia and overseas. Ross advises Modul Homes on aspects of design and through his independent engineering office can certify the structural integrity of the completed buildings.
